What You Will Do

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships. You will build and maintain trusted partnerships with customers, acting as a knowledgeable advisor on products, services, and solutions. You will manage key accounts by understanding customer needs, applications, workflows, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within laboratory, scientific, healthcare, or related industries, or relevant laboratory experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications, workflows, and industry challenges.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and managing revenue-focused objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an asset.
