Associate Analytics Engineer

Role Overview

You will build and maintain data models and pipelines that provide accurate, tested, and documented data for business users and downstream systems. You will also contribute to data quality initiatives, model documentation, and lineage tracking within analytics projects.

Requirements

• foundation in analytics engineering, data analysis, or a related technical discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in analytics engineering, data analysis, or a related technical role
• foundational SQL skills and exposure to dbt or modern data stack technologies
• curiosity and practical interest in using AI to automate processes and improve productivity
• familiarity with Python and basic knowledge of data schemas, pipelines, and data modeling concepts
• ability to understand business needs and translate them into reliable, governed data assets
• strong attention to detail and ability to create clear definitions and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• ability to work Eastern Time hours to support operational needs
• strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity, initiative, and adaptability in evolving environments
