Role Overview
This is a senior, client-facing player-coach role focused on scaling a high-performing Revenue Operations practice. The role offers the opportunity to lead complex client engagements spanning CRM architecture, lifecycle management, automation, integrations, attribution, and data governance.
What You Will Do
You will combine people leadership with hands-on technical expertise across Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, translating sophisticated technical challenges into practical business recommendations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a related discipline.
- 1–2+ years of direct people-management or formal team-leadership experience.
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Strong hands-on experience administering and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, with certification strongly preferred or at least 2–3 years of hands-on implementation and administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
- Proven ability to lead senior-level client discussions and translate technical issues into business-focused recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage expectations and navigate challenging client conversations.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership and people-management responsibilities with hands-on technical execution.
- Previous agency experience is strongly preferred; consulting or professional services experience is also highly relevant.
