Role Overview

This is a remote, full-time business development opportunity focused on expanding services supporting K–12 special education programs nationwide. You’ll drive new business growth by identifying prospects, developing strategic relationships, and converting opportunities into new accounts and revenue.

You’ll build relationships with school and organizational decision-makers while developing a deep understanding of market needs, competitive activity, and service requirements. Success will depend on your ability to proactively manage a pipeline, uncover client challenges, and collaborate internally to deliver compelling solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales and/or healthcare experience, with strong sales or business development experience highly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, healthcare recruitment, staffing, or another relevant healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with prospecting, lead generation, pipeline development, and winning new business.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain productive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Comfortable using phone, email, social media, networking, and other channels to generate and develop business opportunities.
  • Able to research markets, identify commercial opportunities, understand competitive dynamics, and translate market intelligence into actionable insights.
  • Strong ability to understand client requirements and collaborate on solutions that address both customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities, manage priorities, and work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environment with measurable business development objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects, relationships, opportunities, and activities simultaneously.
  • Effective collaborator who can work closely with recruiting, client services, and other internal stakeholders.
