Role Overview
This role is part of a high-growth commercial team focused on expanding market presence and generating qualified opportunities within the construction technology space. You will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting efforts, engaging with potential clients across multiple channels, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads into sales-ready opportunities.
What You Will Do
Execute outbound prospecting, manage inbound leads, research target accounts, develop and execute personalized outreach strategies, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or SDR/BDR roles in a B2B environment
- Experience in SaaS or construction technology industries (preferred)
- Strong outbound prospecting experience across email, phone, and LinkedIn channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent level required)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and decision-makers
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities
- Interest in career growth toward senior sales or BDR leadership roles
