Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 7 years of successful business development or consultative sales experience within the K-12 education market or a closely related industry
- At least 3 years of experience within the building technology, infrastructure, or construction sector
- Strong knowledge of construction projects, capital planning, facility modernization, and infrastructure solutions
- Understanding of procurement processes, budgeting, finance principles, and public school administration within Georgia
- Proven ability to manage complex sales opportunities and build lasting executive-level customer relationships
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, customer-focused professional with exceptional organizational skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities
