Role Overview
This role sits at the core of the go-to-market engine, driving alignment, efficiency, and performance across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will be responsible for building the systems, processes, and insights that enable predictable and scalable revenue growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
What You Will Do
You will own and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine, build and scale a hybrid product-led and sales-assisted growth model, drive forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting, and design and continuously improve scalable, repeatable revenue operations processes.

Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles
- Strong background in high-growth SaaS environments; fintech experience is a strong asset
- Proven experience owning and optimizing modern revenue tech stacks and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and revenue reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, pipeline dynamics, and revenue drivers across PLG and sales-led motions
- Experience applying AI and automation to improve GTM performance, forecasting, or sales efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools, SQL, or data platforms (preferred)
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience building or scaling RevOps functions in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA or certifications are a plus
- Strong systems thinking mindset combined with a bias for execution and operational impact
