Role Overview
This is a hands-on field marketing role supporting regional programs, events, and go-to-market initiatives within a fully distributed technology organization. You’ll work closely with field marketing managers, sales development representatives, sales teams, and external partners to bring established programs to life.
What You Will Do
Execute event logistics and marketing program operations, build and maintain event landing pages, registration workflows, and supporting marketing materials, coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across field marketing, SDRs, sales teams, and external partners.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field within B2B technology, or relevant transferable experience in go-to-market, operations, or administrative roles
- Previous experience supporting events on site and coordinating the details required for successful execution
- Familiarity with Salesforce and the ability to maintain accurate customer, event, and campaign data
- Experience with event registration platforms such as Splash, Bizzabo, or comparable tools
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accurate information and high-quality execution
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a remote working environment
- Strong follow-through and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities without requiring constant supervision
- Comfortable asking clarifying questions, identifying potential issues early, and escalating challenges when necessary
- Open to coaching and able to incorporate feedback quickly into day-to-day work
- Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in a distributed, collaborative environment
