Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Media will help scale high-performing digital media channels and generate measurable pipeline growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role combines performance marketing strategy, campaign execution, vendor management, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
What You Will Do
Manage relationships with 30+ external vendors and publishers, develop and execute digital media strategies across paid email and newsletters, third-party virtual events and webinars, content syndication, publisher display, and other high-performing channels.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid email or newsletter sponsorships, third-party virtual events or webinars, content syndication, and/or comparable digital media programs.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage 30+ external relationships and multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing programs from planning and budgeting through execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including conversion rates, ROI, ROAS, pipeline generation, and pipeline-to-spend efficiency.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn campaign performance data into clear recommendations and investment decisions.
- Experience within cybersecurity, cloud technology, AI, or another technically complex B2B market is highly valuable, along with an understanding of technical buyer personas and enterprise purchasing journeys.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with teams such as product marketing, finance, legal, brand, creative, marketing operations, campaigns, and leadership.
- A strong bias toward experimentation, with the creativity and commercial mindset to test new channels and identify incremental growth opportunities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, vendors, products, and campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience using enterprise marketing and revenue technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, Tableau, Demandbase, or comparable platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
