Role Overview

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, inbound marketing, growth marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience leading marketing teams within high-growth technology companies
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable revenue impact through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, cross-functional initiatives, and external partners
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, combining creative thinking with analytical decision-making
• Strong understanding of SEO/GEO strategies, content marketing, organic growth, and audience development
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is strongly preferred
• Experience using AI tools, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms such as Claude, n8n, Zapier, or similar technologies
• Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments, measuring performance, and scaling successful initiatives
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
