Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing outbound business development team within a growing SaaS environment. You will coach Business Development Representatives, strengthen prospecting strategies, and create the structure needed to support sustained revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of high-performing outbound Business Development Representatives, fostering a collaborative and feedback-driven environment. Establish a strong coaching culture by regularly reviewing call performance, talk tracks, emails, messaging, and prospecting techniques, while providing actionable feedback.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a relevant sales role, including at least 1–2 years in a people management, coaching, or team leadership position.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and improve sales representatives through structured coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Strong passion for outbound sales, cold calling, prospecting, and helping sales professionals continuously improve their performance.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking, initiative, and effective day-to-day team management.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and use data to identify opportunities and drive business results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to coach representatives and communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Intellectual curiosity, humility, integrity, accountability, transparency, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
- High coachability and a collaborative approach to working with leadership, peers, and team members.
