Role Overview

The Marketing Lead will develop and execute the India marketing strategy, building brand presence, generating qualified opportunities, and establishing scalable marketing operations. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution across digital channels, content, partnerships, and operations.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Lead will own and execute the India go-to-market strategy, lead brand positioning, messaging, digital assets, and customer-facing marketing initiatives, and use data and analytics to measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives or managing a marketing function
• Proven experience across the full marketing mix, including brand, demand generation, content, paid media, and marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or equivalent tools
• Experience using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and growth programmes
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, workflow automation, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with ownership and accountability
