Marketing Operations Analyst

Role Overview

This is a data-first role focused on turning marketing and commercial data into clear, actionable insights. The role combines data analysis, reporting, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

You’ll manage recurring reports and dashboards while also investigating ad hoc questions and performance trends. You’ll use CRM, business intelligence, attribution, and AI-powered tools to analyse complex datasets and configure dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build formulas, work with large datasets, and navigate spreadsheets confidently.
• Experience in a data-heavy or commercially focused function such as Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or a similar area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the curiosity to investigate beyond surface-level numbers and identify meaningful insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working collaboratively across different departments and stakeholder groups.
• Willingness and ability to adopt AI tools to improve analytical workflows, reporting efficiency, and the quality of insights.
• Adaptability and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
