Role Overview
This position combines partner management, customer success, account development, and commercial strategy in a technology-driven environment. The Partner Success Manager will build and expand strategic relationships with technology partners across the DACH region and wider Europe, managing a portfolio of existing partners to maximize adoption, business growth, and long-term value.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include developing strong partner relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term success through proactive account management. The Partner Success Manager will create and execute partner growth plans, manage renewals, and support commercial discussions related to contracts, usage, and future growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, or a similar commercial relationship role
- Experience working with B2B technology products, services, or software solutions
- Strong consultative approach with proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience increasing account value through adoption, expansion, upselling, or cross-selling
- Experience managing renewals, retention strategies, and customer or partner success initiatives
- Confidence leading business reviews, account planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Ability to understand business models and connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes
- Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, prioritization abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical and commercial teams
- Experience using CRM systems, forecasts, account plans, and structured reporting processes
