Role Overview
This role focuses on building and expanding strategic relationships with technology partners across the DACH region and wider Europe. You will manage a portfolio of existing partners, helping them maximize adoption, business growth, and long-term value. The position combines partner management, customer success, account development, and commercial strategy in a technology-driven environment.
What You Will Do
You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding partner goals, challenges, and opportunities while driving measurable outcomes. You will support retention, expansion, and stronger partner engagement, and manage renewals and support commercial discussions related to contracts, usage, and future growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Fluent German and English communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic and commercial conversations in both languages.
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, or a similar commercial relationship role.
- Experience working with B2B technology products, services, or software solutions.
- Strong consultative approach with proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience increasing account value through adoption, expansion, upselling, or cross-selling.
- Experience managing renewals, retention strategies, and customer or partner success initiatives.
- Confidence leading business reviews, account planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to understand business models and connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, prioritization abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical and commercial teams.
- Experience using CRM systems, forecasts, account plans, and structured reporting processes.
