Requirements
- Progressive experience in field sales leadership and sales operations within software, SaaS, open-source technology, DevOps, or related industries.

- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for the Brazil market.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Marketo, or similar platforms to manage forecasts, territories, and pipelines.
- Ability to analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
