Role Overview
This role is an opportunity to take on a leadership position within a high-performing sales operations organization supporting a fast-paced cybersecurity business. You will combine hands-on sales operations expertise with team leadership, process ownership, and strategic regional support.
What You Will Do
Continue performing core Sales Operations Specialist responsibilities, including generating quotes, tracking opportunities, processing purchase orders, and supporting Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. Lead and support Regional Sales Coordinators, promoting clear communication, strong responsiveness, and high-quality service for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in a Sales Operations Specialist or comparable sales operations role
- Proven ability to independently own complex operational responsibilities
- 1–3 years of team leadership or people management experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to operational accuracy
- Strong judgment and analytical ability, with the capacity to evaluate information and make decisions that support business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities
- Positive, professional attitude and openness to constructive feedback and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
- Willingness and ability to learn and effectively use AI-enabled tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when business needs require it
- Willingness to travel or work onsite as needed
- Ability to perform primarily sedentary computer-based work, including extended periods of keyboard and mouse use and close visual work
