Requirements
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience or a Ph.D. with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, machine learning, and applied data science methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and relevant machine learning or statistical libraries
- Demonstrated experience using data science techniques to drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience leading complex projects from ideation through implementation and impact measurement
- Ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make strategic recommendations
- Experience collaborating across teams and influencing decisions through data-driven insights
- Ability to improve team capabilities through mentorship, technical leadership, and best practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect technical work to broader business objectives
