Role Overview
This position combines hands-on performance marketing, funnel optimization, analytics, automation, and experimentation. You’ll use data to determine where budgets should go, improve conversion rates, and connect marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes. The role also provides significant scope to explore emerging acquisition channels, including AI-native advertising platforms and LLM-powered workflows.
What You Will Do
Own demand generation performance across paid and organic channels, manage and scale a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, test and develop emerging acquisition opportunities, build source-of-truth reporting for paid and organic funnel performance, and design and manage automated lead-nurturing and enrichment workflows.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field
- Proven experience managing and scaling a six-figure monthly Google Ads budget
- Deep expertise across the Google Ads ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot or a comparable CRM, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of funnel economics and growth metrics
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills
- Practical experience using AI and LLM tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ownership mentality and willingness to personally build workflows, dashboards, campaigns, and experiments
