Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to own a major growth engine within a global, mission-driven organization. You’ll lead demand generation across paid and organic channels, with significant responsibility for acquisition investment and pipeline performance. The position combines hands-on performance marketing, funnel optimization, analytics, automation, and experimentation.
What You Will Do
You’ll use data to determine where budgets should go, improve conversion rates, and connect marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes. You’ll also test and develop emerging acquisition opportunities, including advertising on AI-native platforms and other new channels.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field
- Proven experience managing and scaling a six-figure monthly Google Ads budget
- Deep expertise across the Google Ads ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot or a comparable CRM, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of funnel economics and growth metrics
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills
- Practical experience using AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms
