What You Will Do
Own and optimize digital experiences across key web platforms, lead digital experience enhancement initiatives, analyze customer behavior and digital performance data, drive search optimization strategies, and develop dashboards and reports using analytics platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience management, or related roles, preferably within a B2B environment
- Strong hands-on experience managing website content and digital platforms, with CMS experience such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred
- Proficiency with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Experience with SEO/SEM tools such as SEMrush, Google Ads, and Search Console
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies, customer journey mapping, and digital experience optimization techniques
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data insights into practical business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
