Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, services enablement, sales operations, or professional services
- 3+ years in a strategic enablement or business partner role
- Proven experience creating enablement programs that deliver measurable improvements in performance, productivity, and business outcomes
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and services processes, particularly within SaaS or complex enterprise technology environments
- Experience working with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, learning management systems (LMS), and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and outcome-based learning frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform business data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across global teams
- Adaptable, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous improvement
