Role Overview
This is a 13-month contract role focused on turning marketing and customer data into actionable insights that strengthen fundraising performance. The role combines hands-on analytics, segmentation, reporting, data operations, and campaign performance management.
What You Will Do
Analyze supporter behaviour, develop segmentation, targeting, and communication strategies, produce accurate daily, weekly, and campaign-level reports, and monitor media, digital, and offline campaign performance.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or data management within a customer-focused organization
- Experience analyzing and reporting on mass-media and integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital and traditional channels
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and modeling tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with CRM platforms and cloud analytics environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Practical experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and digital marketing performance measurement
- University degree in analytics, data science, statistics, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical capabilities using Excel, SQL, and DAX, with the ability to investigate data, test hypotheses, and identify meaningful patterns
