Role Overview
As a Senior SEO/CRO Strategist, you will shape and lead long-term organic growth and conversion strategies for a portfolio of established B2B brands. You’ll combine technical SEO, content strategy, generative engine optimization (GEO), and conversion optimization to create measurable business impact.

You’ll lead technical SEO initiatives, develop creative SEO strategies, design and guide conversion optimization initiatives, and use data to demonstrate results and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience working across SEO and conversion optimization
- Demonstrated experience managing client or account-facing relationships and acting as a trusted strategic partner
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site audits, information architecture, technical recommendations, and experimentation
- Strong creative SEO capabilities, including keyword research, content strategy, and development of link-worthy content or campaigns
- Practical conversion optimization expertise, including testing methodologies, analytics, experimentation, and performance analysis
- Google Analytics 4 certification, or the willingness and ability to obtain certification
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with a consistent ability to meet deadlines and help others do the same
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or strategic concepts clearly, simply, and thoughtfully
- Professional-level writing ability, with an understanding of and adherence to AP Style
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Google Tag Manager
