Role Overview

The Product Marketing Specialist I will lead global product launches end-to-end, developing positioning and messaging, and orchestrating cross-functional launch activities. The role involves representing Marketing at regional G0 Stage Gate reviews, evaluating new product opportunities, and ensuring launch readiness criteria are met.

What You Will Do

The Product Marketing Specialist I will lead the execution of 10+ product launches per year, develop positioning and messaging, and manage always-on promotional campaigns across all 15 product families.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent level of work experience
• Proven experience leading product launches end-to-end, including positioning and messaging
• 2–3 years of experience in product marketing, campaign marketing, or launch marketing
• Experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns across social, search, and email
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to orchestrate cross-functional launch activities against firm deadlines
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable working directly with Product Management, Sales, and Industry Marketing
