Role Overview
The Business Data Analyst will work as part of the Analytics and Decision Support department to enable the University through data and information for improved decision-making.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will understand the importance of balancing customer requirements/feedback while also performing data analysis using various tools and techniques.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core business processes and how performance is measured, and work with business units to discern strategic and analytical data and analytics needs and gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 1-2 years’ related experience
- 1-2 years of SQL experience
- Advanced Excel and Access experience
- Experience with reporting tools like Argos or SSRS
- Experience working in at least one mainstream industry BI platform (preferably Tableau)
