Sales Lead

Jockey is seeking a Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join their team at their Columbus, OH location. The Sales Lead will provide excellent customer service, manage store goals, and assist with opening and closing of the store. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and one year of management experience (preferred).

Requirements

• Demonstrate behavior that reflects Jockey’s core values and culture.
• Provide feedback, coaching and direction to the store team.
• Assist in driving all aspects of store level sales, goals and profitability.
• Perform various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments and counting money.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
