Controls Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

As the Controls Sales Operations Manager, you will lead the development, implementation and optimisation of sales operations processes, systems and commercial excellence initiatives across the Controls business. This is a hybrid role with regular collaboration across regional and global teams.

What You Will Do

Lead sales operations activities that support commercial performance, order growth and sales productivity within the Controls business. Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce, CPQ and associated sales tools to enhance user adoption and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent business experience
• Significant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Business Excellence roles
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales process management
• Experience developing sales performance reporting, dashboards and KPIs
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and technology adoption initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tool knowledge
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
