Role Overview

The Director, Marketing Service Solutions will lead the global marketing strategy for Johnson Controls’ Service offerings, including persona development, buyer journey mapping, value proposition creation, competitive positioning, thought leadership, content strategy, and campaign development.

What You Will Do

Drive global persona development and buyer journey mapping for Johnson Controls Service offerings, develop and maintain enterprise-level value proposition frameworks, create industry-specific service offer messaging architectures, and lead global thought leadership, content strategy, and marketing asset development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience developing and leading global marketing strategies
• 4+ years of people leadership experience managing marketing teams
• 4+ years of campaign performance analysis and optimization experience
• Strong analytical and marketing performance measurement skills
• Proven success developing marketing strategies, systems, and processes that drive business results
• Advanced experience leveraging AI tools to improve quality, speed, and efficiency of marketing deliverables
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization
• High-energy, results-oriented leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
