Role Overview

As Product Marketing Manager for the Commercial Access Control and Video portfolio, you will lead strategic, global marketing initiatives. You will define and execute outcome-driven marketing strategies that strengthen market leadership, accelerate growth, and expand customer and channel engagement.

What You Will Do

You will own performance-led marketing programs, using data, benchmarks, and KPIs to maximize return on investment and influence revenue growth. You will lead end-to-end product launches, including campaign planning, messaging, content development, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record in strategic marketing leadership
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical offerings into compelling, customer-focused value propositions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience driving measurable business outcomes through KPI-led marketing
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
