Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities in the current installed base, developing new clients in the region, and offering consultative sales of service solutions. You will work closely with internal technical and functional teams to design proposals that help clients improve their system performance, make better financial decisions, and close profitable business.

What You Will Do

You will work with a sense of responsibility over each opportunity, ensuring the quality of the process, commitments to the client, and the integrity of commercial information. You will stay close to the client and the technical work to identify real needs, remove obstacles, and focus the proposal on what generates the most value.

Requirements

  • Mechanical engineering or related career
  • 3 years of work experience in sales, sales management, or direct sales
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and digital solutions
  • Experience in consultative sales and client management in technical or industrial environments
  • Salesforce management
  • Ability to communicate at high levels both internally and externally
  • Experience working with end-users, consultants, owners, main contractors, and other key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and sales skills
  • Intermediate English
