Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities of our German subsidiaries. The role will involve preparing financial reporting, planning, and analytical deliverables for the assigned business scope.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include preparing month-end reporting packages, analyzing actual results versus budget, and preparing cost-center reporting and SG&A analysis.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable qualification, and 3-7 years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Accounting or comparable qualification
• Three to seven years of relevant controlling, FP&A or financial-analysis experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capability
• ERP experience; SAP is preferred
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage
• Business-fluent English; German language capability is beneficial
• Accurate, structured and deadline-oriented working style
• Strong ownership and service mindset when supporting Germany-based stakeholders
• Clear communication, collaborative problem-solving and willingness to improve processes
