Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales operations
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and end-to-end workflows
- Experience with CRM systems and Excel
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Hands-on experience with post-sales process automation, including AI-powered tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Fluent Portuguese
- Advanced English
