Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales operations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and end-to-end workflows
  • Experience with CRM systems and Excel
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Hands-on experience with post-sales process automation, including AI-powered tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Advanced English
