Finance Operations Analyst

Role Overview

This is a broad and hands-on role covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, cash management, and finance operations. The successful candidate will gain exposure across multiple areas of finance within a regulated financial services environment.

What You Will Do

Manage the day-to-day operation of the finance function, maintain financial controls, support process improvement and automation initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Treasury, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience across finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control
• Strong reconciliation and cash management experience
• Exposure to month-end accounting activities
• Experience working within a regulated environment such as banking, lending, fintech, insurance, or wider financial services
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
