Role Overview
The Data Analyst Manager will work on Data & Analytics initiatives to leverage on GSC, R&D & QA analytics to make sense of data — uncovering patterns, generating insights, measuring success and impact of analytics projects in relation to business KPIs. The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving background, with Supply Chain domain knowledge, having a strong business acumen.
What You Will Do
Maximize the value of actual data sources available and identify new data sources that could potentially add value for business processes optimization. Support GSC, R&D & QA functions by providing learnings and insights, knowledge sharing of how to best use the data assets, identifying gaps and pre-requisites in data sets to enable analytics use cases and translating business needs into specifications for report/ dashboards that enables business needs and good user experience.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering or a related field, and expertise in data analysis and insights generation in GSC, R&D or QA domain (or similar).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in data analysis and insights generation in GSC, R&D or QA domain (or similar)
- Ability to collect and organize data from different sources to solve a business question
- Competence in presenting findings to both business and technical stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for challenging and interpreting data
- Capacity to offer new perspectives for data analysis and storytelling
- Skill in uncovering insights and driving practical business impact through storytelling
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across functions
- Ability to analyze data, identify and assess potential risks
- Work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional team
- Experience at working with Power BI, SQL, major ‘big data’ storage (i.e. Azure Data Lake), nice to have SAP/SAP BW, Tableau
