FP&A Systems and Projects Expert

Role Overview

The FP&A Systems and Projects Expert will work closely with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and market finance teams to deliver financial systems support to management and the finance community. This role combines financial expertise, systems ownership, reporting support, and project involvement to ensure high-quality financial planning and analysis processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

Support the management of HQ FP&A systems, including SAP Analysis and Analysis for Office (AFO), ensuring end-to-end ownership of data and processes. Support business partners with management reporting and financial analysis requirements. Contribute to FP&A improvement projects through requirements gathering, testing activities, and change management support.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or management reporting within a large multinational organization
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent are considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, BW/BPC, or Analysis
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and practices
  • Good knowledge of finance and accounting processes
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
