Juicebox is hiring a GTM Strategy professional to lead the development and scaling of its GTM enablement program, partnering with GTM leadership to rethink how sales teams operate and leverage AI to drive growth. This is a strategic and execution-oriented role that involves solving hard operational problems and shaping the future of AI-powered GTM execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related functions within high-growth SaaS environments
- Deep experience in enablement and ability to build scalable onboarding and training systems
- Strategic and systems-oriented thinking, with a focus on workflows, infrastructure, and operational leverage
- Passion for AI-native ways of working and experience in implementing AI workflows or automation systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
