Role Overview
The Account Manager Intermediaries takes ownership of account administration, documentation formalities, and tasks in daily operations and projects. They handle client requests, execute trades, and provide administrative support to the team. The Account Manager does not have an own client book and works closely with Relationship Managers to reach out to clients.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include order placement, handling of client requests, execution of trades, and providing administrative support to the team. The Account Manager ensures operational client account management and interacts with internal and external stakeholders independently.

Requirements
- Proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs
- Sound affinity with Latin America or Middle East and Switzerland
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, friendly, team player and solutions oriented
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
- Strong integrity, ethics, and risk awareness combined with solid client-focused mindset
- Advanced knowledge of global financial markets and current developments in the industry
- Strong fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Good MS Office skills
