Business Operations Manager at high-growth Fintech scaleup

Role Overview

The company is a high-growth fintech scaleup building payments and financial tools for small, physical merchants. The Business Operations Manager will work with the Head of Operations on problems that cut across collections, support, onboarding and retention.

What You Will Do

Own cross-team projects end to end, fix broken processes, build trackers and dashboards for leadership, and build workflow automations using Zapier, Slack workflows and Claude Code.
