Role Overview
The GTM Engineer sits at the intersection of revenue operations, AI engineering, and go-to-market systems. You will design, build, and operationalize AI-powered agents and workflow automation that directly accelerate our sales and revenue teams.
What You Will Do
Design and build AI-powered GTM agents that automate deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring across the full sales cycle.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering role
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce
- Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms
- Demonstrated ability to take a business process and translate it into a working technical system with minimal hand-holding
