Senior CRM Analyst – Focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Role Overview

The Senior CRM Analyst will support the CRM strategy through the construction and optimization of journeys, campaigns, segmentations, and automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role will involve managing and evolving the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, developing and maintaining relationship journeys, and ensuring the quality of data used in campaigns and journeys.

The Senior CRM Analyst will be responsible for managing and evolving the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, developing and maintaining relationship journeys, creating and monitoring automations, developing advanced segmentations, configuring CRM channels, building personalizations, and ensuring the quality of data used in campaigns and journeys.

Requirements

• Complete degree in Marketing, Technology, Administration, or related areas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in corporate environments
• Practical experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Data Extensions
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for segmentation, data manipulation, and analysis
• Experience in building, executing, and sustaining CRM campaigns and journeys
• Experience with integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud), and other corporate systems
• Knowledge of AMPscript and/or Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
• Experience with REST APIs and data integration processes
