Role Overview

Work with a sales manager to motivate and support the team to achieve great results, and have the ambition to become a sales manager and lead a team to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

What You Will Do

Improve processes on the store, prepare campaigns, create a positive atmosphere, support the sales manager with clear communication and effective team leadership, train colleagues in finding customer needs and leading sales conversations.
