Role Overview

The Manager, Payments & Financial Operations leads the Payments team within iteach, shaping processes, team capabilities, and operating standards that support a growing educator preparation program.

What You Will Do

You’ll develop the skills of Customer Experience Specialists, Payments, while staying directly involved in accounts receivable, reconciliation, recurring billing, and collections.
