Senior Analyst FP&A

Role Overview

Support financial planning and analysis for the Professional Haircare business in the Nordics, partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Finance Director and senior stakeholders across the business.

What You Will Do

Deliver monthly, quarterly and year-end management accounts and financial reporting, analyse sales, margin, cost centre and forecast variances, support the annual budgeting process and preparation of audited financial statements.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Ideally 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within an international, matrix organisation.
• Experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in the Nordics region is an advantage, with the ability to understand and navigate the local business environment.
• Fluency in, or the ability to communicate in, one or more Nordic languages is an advantage.
• FMCG experience is advantageous, particularly within a branded, product-led and consumer-focused organisation.
• Broad business acumen and the ability to connect financial performance with wider business objectives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, organisational and presentation skills.
• A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate analysis into practical actions.
• High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, support change and work effectively across teams.
• Creative, resourceful and confident in challenging and influencing stakeholders constructively.
