Sales Operations Generalist

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Generalist plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing sales processes, systems, and data to drive efficiency and performance across the organization.

What You Will Do

Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), develop and maintain policy documentation, review existing sales processes, perform data entry and cleanup initiatives, and assist in the creation and maintenance of sales operation procedure documentation and training materials.

• Proficiency in Salesforce (experience with basic data entry and navigation)
• Experience using Jira for tracking tasks and following workflows
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist team members and report findings
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive Base Salary Range of $64,100 to $102,900
