Role Overview
The Senior Manager, FP&A will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support across the Foundation. This role serves as a key financial partner to department leaders, translating financial data into insight that informs strategic decisions.

Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or nonprofit/foundation finance, including experience building financial models and leading budget processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 6–9 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or nonprofit/foundation finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights) strongly preferred
