Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager at Karriere Tutor, you will build and develop the system behind product marketing, connecting customer perspective, product management, and data to define product information. You will work closely with Product Management and Operations to bring new courses to the market and develop clear messaging fundamentals from the customer’s perspective.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include product positioning and new products, product data and data governance, automation and AI agents, and measuring effect. You will also design and build AI-supported workflows, create a single truth about products, and define processes and responsibilities for product content.

You should be experienced in conversion-oriented text optimization, think in systems and processes, and have AI-first thinking. Strong customer perspective, analytical thinking, and leadership skills are also required.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a comparable role
• Experience in conversion-oriented text optimization
• AI-first thinking and experience with AI tools and automation
• Experience with product data, CMS, or PIM systems, and data governance
• Strong customer perspective and analytical thinking
• Leadership skills and ability to lead laterally across teams
