Kaseya is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the increasing growth in Kaseya business, processing incoming customer orders and ensuring commercial compliance. The role involves managing the end-to-end quoting process, providing operational support to Sales Representatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred
- Interest in technology
- Prior work experience within order management and/or order fulfillment
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Understanding of software subscription businesses (SaaS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility in schedule as needed to support business demands
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity and proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (a plus)
- Team player comfortable working cross-functionally both within, and without the finance department
