Data Scientist II

Requirements

• Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered for the position
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• Four (4) years of experience working with object-oriented programming languages and other coding environments
• Expertise with statistical modeling, experimental design, sampling, clustering, data reduction, confidence intervals, testing, modeling, and predictive modeling
• Expertise with big data and performing inventory management, forecasting, optimization, and supply chain analysis
• Expertise providing visualization of data and analytic results in a meaningful way for senior decision makers to understand quickly with minimal to no explanation
• Expertise utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques for developing and running algorithms and dealing with computational complexity
• Adeptness in interfacing with clients and demonstrated expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL)
