Role Overview

The Growth Coordinator supports the Infrastructure & Built Environment growth team by coordinating growth activities, maintaining high-quality pursuit content and knowledge resources, and providing effective administrative and logistical support.

Coordinate growth activities, maintain pursuit content and knowledge resources, provide administrative and logistical support, and ensure presentations, proposals, and related materials are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Two to five years of experience in coordination, business development, marketing, communications, proposal support, or a related environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, construction, or professional services pursuits is preferred
  • Experience with growth platforms, CRM systems, document repositories, or knowledge-management tools is advantageous
